A 37-year-old woman has been arrested on murder and robbery counts in the shooting of a man found dead in November in a vacant house near Flamingo Road and Arville Street, according to Metro Police.

Michelle Horn was taken into custody Wednesday in the same neighborhood where 35-year-old Alexander George Nunez was found dead, police said. She was being held at the Clark County Detention Center.

Patrol officers were notified about 1:45 p.m. Nov. 21 that a man was dead at a vacant house in the 4400 block of Via San Rafael and found Nunez inside, police said.

Several days earlier, several people were at the house when a gunshot rang out during an argument and Nunez was seen lying on the ground, police said. The house was not occupied by an owner or renter but was being used by many different people, police said.

Detectives identified Horn as a suspect and she was arrested by Metro’s Criminal Apprehension Team without incident, officials said. The team is made up of detectives from Metro, Henderson Police and the FBI.
