Mechanical issues might have led to a pickup truck striking a pedestrian at a North Las Vegas bus stop, according to city police.
The pedestrian, a 36-year-old man, suffered injuries not deemed life-threatening, officer Ann Cavaricci said.
Officers were called about 3:10 p.m. to Craig Road, just east of Pecos Road, she said.
Impairment is not believed to be a factor and police are investigating the possibility of the truck experiencing mechanical issues leading to the crash, Cavaricci said.
