Officer Aaron Patty says detectives are looking for a dark-colored Mitsubishi Eclipse from which several shots were fired about 3:30 a.m. May 20 near Craig Road and 5th Street.
The driver was described as 20-year-old man with short dark hair.
The Clark County coroner says Joseph Deion Jackson was killed by a gunshot to the head.
