Fourteen people were rescued Friday night from an elevator at the SlotZilla zip line attraction at the Fremont Street Experience, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue.
The rescue was announced about 11 p.m., almost two hours after firefighters were called, officials said on Twitter.
There was a mechanical malfunction and crews used a ladder to get the 13 passengers and one operator down, officials said. No one was injured and the ride is open.
The $11 million attraction features zip lines from which riders are hurled at about 35 mph while lying flat, 112 feet off the ground.
