Metro Police seek driver in hit-and-run that killed man, 65

Metro Police are looking for a damaged vehicle and its driver, who they said fled after striking and killing a pedestrian early today.

According to police:

First responders were called at 12:01 a.m. to Bonanza Road near 30th Street, where a 65-year-old man was was hit. The man, who was not in a crosswalk, died at the scene.

The car that hit him, an orange Chevrolet Camaro or an Acura sedan, likely has damage to its right front and hood.

The man who died will be identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
