Light smoke at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood prompted a response from the Clark County Fire Department on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
Crews were called to the mall, 3663 Las Vegas Blvd. South, about 1:45 p.m., officials said.
The smoke came from a smoldering wire inside the box office, which wasn't evacuated, officials said. Crews did not find a fire and no one was injured.
