A sleeping man was wounded early this morning when shots were fired through his bedroom window at a northeast valley apartment complex, according to Metro Police.
The shooting happened about 4:50 a.m. in the 4200 block of Middlesex Avenue, near East Washington Avenue and North Lamb Boulevard, police said. Several callers reported gunfire in the area, police said.
The man was asleep when somebody fired multiple rounds through his closed bedroom window, police said. He was taken to University Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.
Nobody has been arrested.
