Assistant Sheriff Joe Lombardo speaks during a news conference at Metro Police headquarters Monday, June 9, 2014.

Metro Police is providing a forum for Southern Nevadans to share their opinions on the department's performance.

The questionnaire, hosted on surveymonkey.com, gives the public an opportunity to share information on how familiar it is with the police department and what it likes and doesn't about it.

The rating-format survey, which takes about 10 minutes to complete, provides several blank spaces for participants to share their opinion in paragraph form.

Results of the tri-annual questionnaire are shared with Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo for his review, Metro said.

The department's mission is to "serve people, strengthen relationships and improve the quality of life," Metro said.
