Henderson firefighters responded to a brush fire this afternoon in the area of Pecos Road and Windmill Parkway, city officials said.
Nobody was injured, officials said.
The fire broke out about 2:45 p.m., sending up a plume of smoke. The area is near Pecos Legacy Park.
