An electrical sign apparently started a roof fire at a strip mall Monday night near Bermuda Road and Windmill Lane, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
The fire, reported about 10 p.m. by an off-duty battalion chief, affected a restaurant and smoke shop in the single-story building, officials said. No injuries were reported.
Damage had not yet been estimated. The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation, officials said.
