The suspect in last week’s triple murder-suicide in Henderson was the father of a 5-year-old boy who was slain in the attack, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office and court records.

The suspect, Michael Franco, 27, turned the gun to his head and killed himself, according to the coroner’s office.

The coroner’s office today also identified the victims. They were Selina Rowsell, 34, and her sons, Avi Franco, 5, and Arias Franco, 15.

Arias Franco was not related to the gunman, according to Clark County Court records.

Michael Franco shot Rowsell once in the stomach, and Avi suffered multiple gunshot wounds, police and the coroner’s office said.

Arias Franco — who family said had initially escaped the onslaught but ran back inside to try to rescue the 5-year-old boy — was shot in the head, the coroner’s office said.

Arias Franco’s teen sister escaped the attack, family said.
