The Eldorado football team had a special guest Friday for its homecoming game against Valley.
Raiders President Sandra Douglass Morgan, an Eldorado graduate, was front and center for the 34-0 victory.
She brought some friends: It was the franchise’s high school game of the week. And she also brought a gift, as the Raiders made a donation to the school.
“It was a great night for the boys,” coach Darryl Tootle said. “Hopefully it reset our season so we can make a run at the playoffs.”
Jaeshawn West had 160 rushing yards and three touchdowns to pace Eldorado, and Xavier Delgado caught a touchdown pass from Jerome Kalama. Johnnie Blackmon also scored.
