Joshua Herrera, 28, is charged with two counts of a school employee engaging in sexual conduct with a pupil and one count contacting a minor for sex, officials said.
The arrest stems from an investigation this month at Sunrise Mountain High School in northeast Las Vegas, school police said. They didn’t give further details.
Herrera works as a student success advocate and was assigned to Western High School. His connection to Sunrise Mountain wasn’t provided.
Herrera won’t be permitted back on a school campus upon his release, officials said.
