A teen was hospitalized today after a vehicle-pedestrian collision in the southwest valley, according to Metro Police.
The incident was reported about 12:40 a.m. today in the area of Quarterhorse Lane and Mountains Edge Parkway, police said.
A 17-year-old was taken to University Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.
The vehicle remained at the scene, and impairment was not suspected, police said. Clark County School District Police took over the investigation, Metro said.
Police advised people to avoid the area.
