A man was killed Tuesday night during a marijuana sale that ended in a shooting, according to Metro Police.
The shooting occurred in the 300 block of Sturgeon Lane, where officers found the victim in a landscaped area of an apartment complex, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The suspect, whom the victim had arranged a meeting with as part of a marijuana sale, fled the scene before officers arrived, police said.
Police have yet to identify the suspect, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
