Tony Sacca is a staple here on television and as host of the annual San Gennaro Feast of food, fun and entertainment. This month, he became the 23rd recipient of the Las Vegas Star of Fame for his outstanding achievements and service to the community.

The new James Bond spy thriller “Spectre,” the 24th in the movie franchise, premieres mid-November, but G2E delegates got caught up in 007 excitement at their welcome reception. Former “Splash” director Jeff Kutash staged an elaborate 50th anniversary salute.
George Strait announces an exclusive engagement in Las Vegas in 2016 at a news conference Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, at MGM Grand. Strait will be among the first entertainers to perform at the Las Vegas Arena scheduled to open in April. Strait also announced the Sept. 25 release of his new album, “Cold Beer Conversation.”

Criss Angel told Britain’s Celebrity Radio Exclusively that he intends to sue “Britain’s Got Talent” magician Darcy Oake after one of his “stolen” illusions aired. Criss told CRE: “A total rip-off stolen for the show. They might as well have come in my house and stolen my TVs.”

In talking with Isaac Caldiero, it is clear that the 33-year-old rock climber from Utah has his feet firmly planted on the ground. But his feet were 75 feet in the air on NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior” on Sept. 21 when he climbed a rope the fastest — in less than 30 seconds.
