At a City Hall hearing Monday, attorneys representing the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada appealed to overturn the suspension of the center's business license.

  1. Through all of this mess, I have never once heard Dr DeSai say "I'm sorry" I have only heard things like "I regret and I"ll be exonerated" Thats pretty sad when you look at how he has cxhanged the lives of so many people because of his greed!

  2. Greedy bastard! I hope he goes away for life.
    How dare he not care about human life.
    I hope the attorneys go for everything and leave him with nothing.... including his family.
    Lets see how he likes that.
