Stephanie Village Demolition

The stalled Stephanie Village project, located at the corner of Stephanie Street and Wigwam Parkway, is being demolished on Monday, March 21, 2011. The $200 million project fell victim to the economic downturn, its one office building never occupied. An Idaho-based grocery chain, WinCo, has plans to build a 95,000-square-foot store on the 22.5 acre space.
