2 People, Police Dog Killed

Metro Police Capt. Shawn Andersen briefs media on an officer-involved shooting at Fast Elk Street and Blue Raven Avenue on Thursday, March 31, 2016 in the northwest valley. Two people are reported dead and a suspect was shot and is in custody, Andersen said. A Metro Police dog also was reported killed.
