Deported Marine Cesar Lopez

Lopez, a legal resident but not a U.S. citizen, was deported to Mexico based on conviction in 2000. His conviction was later pardoned and he now works on behalf of other veterans who have been deported. Lopez’ story was featured in Netflix’s “Immigration Nation.”
