Melody Sweets of "Absinthe" brings her latest production, "Melody Sweets Presents Coney Island Burlesque at the Beach," to the Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace at midnight Aug. 28. Eric Plante, the music director at "O" at Bellagio, is the show's bandleader.
