I don't like false advertisements. Dispose of the adult service publications and relegate the adult-ads to the internet.
I don't like the way this question is asked. Smut racks should NOT be banned, they are not a pushy annoying human being but something needs to be done with the handbillers. This should be two separate questions.

Thats why the question was asked the way it is...the outcome is preordained..NO one wants so called "smut racks"...call them adult entertainment racks..I'd bet the split wouldnt be 88% to 11%..The real issue is...Las Vegas is turning into a suburb of California and the associated BS that goes with it..The city will not survive if we keep catering to the politically correct faction that is moving here they seem to forget people visit here to relax and relaxation come in different flavors..We need to let them spend their money, make sure they have a good time, get 'em home safe and get the reservations for their next..Lets get the city back to where it use to be MAKING MONEY
Get rid of the people handing out stupid coupons or cards on the strip. I guarantee almost all of them are illegally in the country. They are annoying and useless.
Or.......maybe I can get a job handing out that crap. I'm a legal US citizen, I'm over 21 years of age, and I could use the money.
The smut racks are good for the homeless. Gives them free entertainment and gives them some paper to lie on at night and keep them warm. But, the smut mags end up as trash all over the streets of the strip which sucks.
I'm not even suggesting banning the card flippers, just some sort of reasonable standards or rules that all sides can agree on. Trying to eliminate the "in your face flippers" and the litter as you walk the strip should be the overall goal here.
There should definitely be specific areas where this can occur. Overall, they should just legalize prostitution.
