Kentucky forward Isaac Humphries blocks the shot of Duke guard Grayson Allen (3) during the first half of an NCAA basketball game Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, in Chicago.

We've reset the Play of the Day with fresh bankrolls and turned it into a yearly competition. Our three sports writers have re-started with $10,000 bankrolls to continue using on odds from the South Point.

Duke minus-3.5 vs. Louisville: $330 to win $300

Everyone enjoyed Duke’s tumble last month that included losses both straight-up and against the spread in four of five games. Here’s to hoping the college basketball world got their laughs in while they could, because the Blue Devils’ troubles are about to subside.

They’re simply too good of an offensive team — first in the nation in efficiency — to stay down for long. And they’re too good at Cameron Indoor Stadium to drop a fourth straight decision against the spread there tonight.

This is a great spot against a Louisville team in an emotionally fragile position. The popular narrative was that the Cardinals rallied through their postseason ban for a commanding victory on Saturday.

But that was against lowly Boston College. Duke is not just on another level; it’s multiple levels above.

Grayson Allen and Brandon Ingram are the rare pair skilled enough to slice up Louisville’s vaunted defense. This feels like a game where Duke fully gets it together.
