* MESA MOVE -- Farmington, N.M.-based Mesa Air Group, in a move that company officials say could save the commuter airline $1 million to $2 million a year in taxes, will reincorporate in Nevada and open an office in Las Vegas or Reno this week. Shareholders approved the move Monday. Mesa chief executive Larry Risley said the reincorporation will not affect the airline's operations and Mesa's headquarters will remain in Farmington. Nevada has no corporate income taxes and Mesa executives said the move to reincorporate in that state will save Mesa an estimated $1 million to $2 million a year. New Mexico has a corporate tax rate of 8 percent.

* TRUMP CLEARED -- New Jersey regulators say casino mogul Donald J. Trump did nothing improper in lobbying to block the city's deal with competitor Mirage Resorts Inc. Thomas Auriemma, deputy director of the state Division of Gaming Enforcement, told members of the state Casino Control Commission his agency conducted a month-long probe into whether Trump had violated state gambling laws by threatening to use his influence to kill the deal. No such evidence was found, Auriemma said.
