Two people are dead and four hospitalized after a crash on Main Street and Charleston Avenue caused a mini bus to roll over and catch fire on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015.

A man from Germany who died when a BMW crashed into a tour bus Labor Day weekend has been identified as 34-year-old Rolf Kloeppel, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office and Metro Police.

Kloeppel, a passenger on the bus, died in the Sept. 5 crash after the driver of the 1990 BMW 540i ran a red light, smacking into the bus and causing it to overturn, police said.

The bus then hit a 2010 Ford F-150 and caught fire, according to police.

The driver of the bus, Jose Francisco Cosenza, 55, of Las Vegas, also died in the crash.

The 32-year-old Las Vegas man driving the Ford was not injured, police said.

The driver of the BMW, Jonathan Donner, 25, of Las Vegas, was arrested on two counts of DUI resulting in death and three counts of DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm, according to police.

Donner is being held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center, jail records show.
