The tour bus driver who died after a BMW crashed into it near downtown Las Vegas over Labor Day weekend has been identified.
The Clark County coroner's office says 55-year-old Jose Francisco Cosenza, of Las Vegas, died in the Saturday morning crash.
Police say the BMW driver was 24-year-old Jonathan Donner of Las Vegas. He faces charges of DUI resulting in death and DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm.
Authorities say the BMW ran a red light and hit the mini tour bus, causing the bus to overturn and both vehicles to catch on fire.
A 34-year-old man from Germany who was on the tour bus also died but has not been identified.
A passenger in the BMW and three other people in the tour bus were hospitalized with serious injuries.
