Dozens of bicyclists pedaled Wednesday evening to the Rampart Boulevard location in Summerlin where 27-year-old Francisco De Jesus was hit and killed Tuesday morning. De Jesus was an avid bicyclist who was part of an informal cycling group called Team 04:50.
