Soon-to-be-Senator Dean Heller talks to reporters outside the Senate chamber at the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday afternoon, after attending the Republican senators' weekly policy planning lunch. Heller will be sworn in as Nevada's 25th Senator on Monday at 2 p.m. Eastern time. He is also expected to resign the House sometime Monday prior to his swearing in.
