Riders line up at the Winter PARQ tubing hill in the Linq parking lot Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014. The Winter PARQ hill is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hill will close at 8:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
