Robin Sendlein, grandson of airport founders John and Florence Murphy, tells a story about his grandmother during a ceremony celebrating the 75th anniversary of the North Las Vegas Airport Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016. The airport, originally called Sky Haven Airport when it opened in 1941, will host an aviation open house on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 9 am. to 3 pm.
