Smith’s Food & Drug Stores is slated to open an 885,000 square-foot distribution center in the Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas this fall, bringing with it hundreds of jobs to the area and the ability to disperse thousands of grocery items to many of the chain’s locations throughout Nevada and neighboring states.
