A month or so ago I wrote a letter to the Las Vegas Sun regarding the inability of those of the political left to have a logical political argument without reverting to name-calling. I call your attention to the reaction of the political left to the recent “tea parties.”
The left is beside itself because of the “tea parties” that took place April 15. Is the left making a logical, philosophical argument to counter the parties? The answer is no!
What is happening? I’m certain all of the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Las Vegas Sun have seen the vituperative tirades launched against the “tea parties” and those who attended. The name-calling by the left is nothing more than an effort to marginalize and discredit those who arranged and those who attended the “tea parties.”
