I enjoyed reading Ray Brewer’s From the Press Box column, “Could this be UNLV’s Year?”

Coach Bobby Hauck’s “wait until next year” is growing old. Garth Brooks sang “if tomorrow never comes.” Waiting for tomorrow is not as bad as waiting for a whole year. I’m a longtime resident who would like to see Rebels football come into prominence — that wish would also apply to our Rebel basketballers. I hope this will be “the year” Coach Hauck has been telling us to wait for. Go Rebels!
