I have been watching with great interest the situation in Ukraine and Crimea, including the reactions of several members of Congress.
When asked his views on the issue, Sen. Marco Rubio’s only reply was to ask whom in the White House we need to criticize.
Sen. John McCain’s only remarks have been to blast President Barack Obama for not seeing this crisis coming a year ago.
I am sure that before this is over, every Republican member of Congress will get their two cents worth of criticism in.
Instead of working with the president to reach a viable solution that will best serve this country, why do members of Congress feel that their only job is to ridicule and hamstring the president every chance they get? If this is all they are capable of doing, then the best thing they can do is go home and stay there.
