Understanding what ‘natural’ is

Thanks for the meaningful Aug. 25 article “What does ‘natural’ really mean?”

I have a federally licensed cosmetic lab manufacturing a bio-identical wild yam cream to prevent premenstrual syndrome and hot flashes. For years I called the cream natural, but there was not much natural about it, like your article said. Then I learned every ingredient was on Whole Foods’ approved ingredient list.
