California is far back at the end of the line in regard to conservation of water. I lived in California for more than 20 years, and I have seen an extremely low number of homes that pitch in and try desert landscapes versus thirsty grass yards.
Here in Las Vegas, you see a lot of homes with desert landscape. These people are doing a great thing for conserving water for our future.
