My husband and I drove downtown at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, to see the Healing Garden. There were at least 10 people already there, and many arriving as we left about 45 minutes later.
It is truly beautiful and a lasting memorial to the tragedy of Oct, 1, and to the loving, courageous spirit of the people of our city.
