Metro Police say this man robbed a storage center in east Las Vegas at gunpoint.

Metro Police are searching for a man they say robbed an east Las Vegas storage center at gunpoint Monday afternoon.

The man entered the business at 233 N. Mojave Road, near Pecos Road and Stewart Avenue, about 3:20 p.m., police said.

That’s when he pointed the gun at an employee, demanding money, police said.

The employee complied and the robber left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Police on Wednesday released photos that purportedly show the robbery suspect.

He’s described as a thin Black man in his 30s who stands between 5 feet, 10 inches, and 6 feet, police said. He wore a black jacket, gray sweatpants, black gloves, and black and white sneakers and bandanna.
