A Clark County School District student has been arrested after a firearm was discovered at Brian and Teri Cram Middle School, Principal Gary Bugash said in an email to parents and guardians.
School staff and Clark County School District Police investigated and recovered the firearm following a report of a weapon on campus, Bugash said. There were no injuries or threats made to the North Las Vegas school. However having a firearm on campus is against the law.
Bugash encouraged parents to discuss school safety with their children and remind them the importance of reporting safety issues.
