A suspect has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman who had been beaten and then dropped off at a Las Vegas hospital nearly two months ago, according to Metro Police.

Ferrari Busby, 37, was booked Tuesday into the Clark County Detention Center for first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping.

Officers initially responded to a report of a man beating a woman near the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Tamarus Avenue at about 5:35 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2022. The suspect was seen placing the victim into a vehicle and fleeing the area, police said.

About an hour later, officers were notified that a woman had been dropped off at Sunrise Hospital by another woman driving the same vehicle seen near the original incident.

The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
