WASHINGTON — Sen. Harry Reid’s unexpected hipster tendencies have been well documented. But now it turns out the majority leader has a fan in actress Pamela Anderson.
The Washington Post captured it best today with the headline “Pam (heart) Harry”.
Turns out the Baywatch star visited the majority leader and his wife on a recent trip to Washington with the animal-rights group PETA.
Of all the leaders she met in DC, “Senator Reid was the most sincere, easy going and obviously compassionate,” she writes on her blog.
“My BS-o-meter didn’t flicker once around Harry Reid and it usually goes crazy around politicians, not to mention Hollywood.”
Reid’s new book, “The Good Fight,” gets prominent front-page billing on her website.
