Mayor Oscar Goodman is set to testify in front of the House Financial Services Committee in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.
Goodman's testimony will provide the committee with information that could potentially bring Southern Nevada homeowners embroiled in the foreclosure crisis a share of the $300 billion worth of refinanced loans rolled into the Mortgage Foreclosure Bill.
