The man police arrested last year after a sex tape was discovered involving a two-year-old girl was in court Wednesday morning for a pre-trial hearing.
Chester Stiles, who is facing 22 charges, was supposed to go to trial next week but his defense needs an investigator to look into the case. The trial has been pushed back to September.
