Adult night club operator Rick's Cabaret International is purchasing Scores-Las Vegas, a 25,000-square-foot adult entertainment club, for $21 million. Houston-based Rick's Cabaret (NASDAQ: RICK) is paying DI Food & Beverage of Las Vegas $16 million in cash and $5 million in convertible debenture for the club.
