Atlantic City to follow Vegas in attempt to woo foodies

Now that Atlantic City is facing more competition from casinos in neighboring states, it hopes to follow Las Vegas' lead in becoming a destination not only for gamblers but foodies as well.

Do the names Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck and Bobby Flay sound familiar? Their restaurants on the Strip lure visitors to Las Vegas that aren't necessarily interested in gambling or partaking in other activities that fall under the "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" category. These three popular chefs also have restaurants inside of Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa.

Now Las Vegas might have to compete with Atlantic City over the travelers who want to experience an epicurean paradise.
