The arrest made in the second shooting at an apartment complex near Martin Luther King Boulevard has sparked more than just police attention. According to a KLAS report, residents called for an end to the violence Thursday and have employed both the police and religious leaders to aide them in creating a safer environment.
Over the weekend, Antonio Mooney was shot to death inside the apartment complex. Police believe they have the suspect, 25-year-old Frederick Schinder.
