Charles Barkley to play in celebrity poker tournament

Charles Barkley was sued in May by Wynn Las Vegas for failing to pay $400,000 in gambling markers. He repaid the casino, and a $40,000 district attorney's fee, and then pledged to take a hiatus from gambling for the "next year or two."

Less than a month later it's been reported that Barkley will be back at the tables in Las Vegas for a celebrity poker tournament at the 2008 World Series of Poker on July 2. The event, "Ante Up for Africa," will raise money and awareness for the crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan.
