With the Olympics in Beijing, China this summer, the chances of getting up close and personal with any of the Olympic athletes would normally run you $1600 in a plane ticket, not to mention hotel fair and tickets to an Olympic event.
But on Wednesday, Las Vegans were given a better, and much cheaper chance at possibly brushing sides with the 2008 Olympians. The State Farm USA Basketball Challenge announced that it would be held in Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Center following a short training camp beginning July 20.
