A legislative panel is set to meet Friday to evaluate the budget cuts submitted by Gov. Jim Gibbons back in January.
With revenue shortfall that is projected to reach $1 billion by the middle of 2009, Gov. Gibbons has cut spending in multiple budget accounts.
