The Nevada State Education Association has acceded to the order of Judge Miriam Shearing, who told the organization to re-write its gaming tax initiative. There was some speculation the teachers would abandon the effort, but not so. Today the group re-filed the initiative, which can be seen by clicking on the link at the right.
